They can begin with Lake Havasu real estate. Fishing and boating is abundant.  The scenery is beautiful.  In the winter, the weather is great.  Arizona is home to the Grand Canyon.  It is a magnificent state to explore the spectacular scenery.  There's lots to do directly around Lake Havasu City. Though some people think Lake Havasu real estate is no bargain, I believe if you shop carefully, and negotiate well enough, you can find a bargain or two.  Most of the best real estate transactions are negotiated, not found!
