lake havasu city, lake havasu arizona My friends and I were planning a trip to Lake Havasu City this month, but it occurred to us that it is Spring Break for students, and it could be a bit crowded and noisy there, so we are going to post pone it until April, after spring break. Sure, it will be warm there, maybe even hot, but we like Lake Havasu City when it isn't so crowded so we get the best parts of the beaches and have no trouble renting a boat.

Lake Havasu Arizona is nice alternative to going to Las Vegas because there is gaming there, along with boating, and the hotel rates are generally lower than in Vegas. Las Vegas traffic is getting pretty bad, too, which is too much like home for us, so a great get away is Lake Havasu Arizona and the great boating we can do there. This year there was a huge snow pack in all the mountainous areas of the western states, so the lake will have lots water in it, which should make for some really fun exploration by boat.
