Lake Havasu Real Estate Slow, Too |

Out of curiosity, I was wondering if Lake Havasu real estate was faring any better than the real estate in the rest of Arizona, so I looked at one set of numbers that indicate that it's slow there, too. Although the data compared just one month with the prior year's activity for that month, the trend for Lake Havasu real estate is exactly what it is in Phoenix: slowing sales, and dropping prices.
This might be a good time to think about buying some Lake Havasu real estate, especially for a second home in the winter. The climate in the winter in Lake Havasu Arizona is ideal. Getting out of the gloom and cold and into a place where people celebrate the winter months by boating and fishing sure seems a lot better than holing up in the house and freezing when outside. This is probably a good time to start looking at homes in Lake Havasu. Summer is nearly here, and people with second homes there that are for sale would probably accept good offers for them. |
